Life is one big journey of discovery and happiness is no different. One must be intentional about waking up and finding new ways to be and stay happy. It’s a decision and it requires daily effort. Many people are seeking happiness in places and people, but the happiness resides inside and simply needs to be uncovered by circumstances that plague our thoughts and minds. As I’ve stated, happiness is a decision, but it’s also a healthy habit that needs to be formed with daily work and exercise (just like your muscles).In my happiness life coaching sessions, I help guide you through “doing the work” required to unpack, uncover, and unlearn some behaviors and patterns that prevent you from living your best life. This is no easy feat, as we’ve had a lifetime of conditioning that we’ve grown accustomed to. Therefore, this 6-8 week life coaching session is designed to give you the tools to be intentional about every single moment of your life. Again, you will not find happiness in these sessions, but you’ll find ways to discover your own happiness in your life through hard work and intentional living. The effort does not stop after this session as happiness is a decision and we have to make decisions every single day.
